Newmark Polska has advised an IT, financial and legal advisory firm during the coworking space leasing process and its subsequent relocation to a new office.

Hermes sp. z o.o, Poland’s leading logistics service provider, has leased 425 sqm of high-quality office space in Vastint’s K2 office building in Gdynia. The tenant was advised by Newmark Polska for the choice of location and during the lease negotiations. Hermes relocated to its new head office in December.

Trident BMC, which cooperates with maritime, shipbuilding and offshore industry clients, will continue as a tenant in C200 Office. It has renewed and expanded its lease to occupy more than 2,200 sqm of office space. The tenant was represented during the renegotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

A Rödl & Partner office will open on the 7th floor of an office building in Poznań developed by Skanska. Its employees will occupy nearly 1,000 sqm of space designed according to ESG criteria and equipped with innovative solutions to reduce environmental impact. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
