Shiji, a leader in IT solutions for the hospitality, retail and leisure industries, has extended its lease in Silesia Business Park in Katowice. The transaction involved 2056 sqm of high-standard office space. The tenant was represented during the renegotiation of the lease by specialists from real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Magdalena Zagórska, a commercial property expert with 15 years of professional experience, has joined international real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska as Director in the Office Department, with effect from 2 June 2025.
