Maciej Moralewicz, a commercial property market expert with 17 years of experience, has joined international real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska as Regional Director in its Office Department, with effect from 1 January. His key responsibilities include representing office tenants during relocations and lease renegotiations in Lower Silesia.

Maciej Moralewicz joins Newmark Polska from Knight Frank in Wrocław, where he managed the Office Agency team as Regional Director. Prior to that, he served as Leasing Manager at Vantage Development SA, overseeing the commercialisation of Promenady Business Park in Wrocław, and as Property Sales Manager at SMG, where he was responsible for leasing space at Stadion Wrocław. Maciej also gained professional experience at Colliers, supporting tenants in office leasing, and at the Archicom Group as an office leasing specialist. During his career, he has cooperated with many reputable companies, including Union Investment, Lone Star, McKinsey & Company, Siemens, Endava, Intrum, Vaco, and Impel. He graduated from the University of Physical Education in Wrocław.
