VIBE welcomes a new tenant

Another company has decided to move its office to VIBE, Ghelamco’s latest project under development in the business center of Warsaw. Rödl & Partner, one of the leading consulting firms providing audit, BPO, tax and legal consulting and advisory services, has leased nearly 2,500 sqm of modern office space there. Newmark Polska advised the tenant in the transaction.

Service centres occupy over half and 45% of the office stock in Krakow and Wrocław respectively
