VIBE welcomes a new tenant

Another company has decided to move its office to VIBE, Ghelamco’s latest project under development in the business center of Warsaw. Rödl & Partner, one of the leading consulting firms providing audit, BPO, tax and legal consulting and advisory services, has leased nearly 2,500 sqm of modern office space there. Newmark Polska advised the tenant in the transaction.

 

Rödl & Partner will occupy the entire 6th and more than half of the 7th floor in the 45-square-meter office building.

VIBE is being built in the heart of Warsaw’s business center in the Rondo Daszyńskiego area, at the corner of Towarowa and Kolejowa streets. The first of the buildings of the two-stage development, with an area of 15,000 sqm, is expected to be completed as early as the second quarter of this year.

Rödl & Partner is an international consulting firm that was founded in 1977 in Nuremberg, Germany. It provides integrated professional services in the areas of audit, Business Process Outsourcing, tax and legal consulting, and advisory. It has operated in Poland since 1992 and currently employs about 600 people in 6 locations – Gdańsk, Gliwice, Krakow, Poznań, Warsaw and Wrocław.

 

VIBE – to the rhythm of music and ESG

The name of the project – VIBE – is a reference to the energetic and big-city atmosphere that will prevail in Ghelamco’s latest project. For the first time in Poland, the building will receive its own specially composed audiosphere, which will give it a unique character and tune in real time to the pace and rhythm of life inside the building. Well-known Polish composer, producer and sound designer Wojciech Urbański was invited to compose it. In addition to composing the music, an entire set of acoustic and visual experiences was designed to accompany tenants and visitors to VIBE.

VIBE is being built in accordance with Ghelamco’s ESG strategy. The office building will use a state-of-the-art Building Energy Management System (BEMS) that will significantly reduce energy consumption. VIBE’s sustainability will be confirmed by certifications in the WELL, BREEAM, DGNB, SmartScore, WiredScore and Green Building Standard systems. In the first two, the developer’s goal is to achieve certification at the highest possible levels: Platinium and Outstanding. Ultimately, the office building will be powered by 100% clean energy.

Like other Ghelamco buildings, VIBE will be equipped with the proprietary Signal OS system, which monitors the building’s condition and thus provides an optimal working environment. Installing anti-pandemic solutions, such as virucidal UV lamps in lifts and ventilation systems, will help ensure the health and comfort of users.

In an effort to encourage tenants to use environmentally friendly means of transport, VIBE will provide ample infrastructure for cyclists (including lockers, showers, bicycle parking, and a repair station) and chargers for electric bikes and cars. In turn, the use of public transportation will be facilitated by the building’s excellent location – next to Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station, tram stops, as well as train stations: Warszawa Główna and Warszawa Ochota.
