A marketing agency has subleased nearly 600 sqm in The Tides office building in Warsaw. It was advised during the negotiation process by Newmark Polska.

There were several factors in favour of The Tides, the key being financial conditions as the sublessee will not have to pay office fit-out costs. The owners of the marketing agency also appreciate the view of the Vistula River.
