Warsaw (4 August 2025) – Tomasz Chojnacki, a commercial property expert with nearly 20 years’ experience, has joined international real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska as Regional Director for Southern Poland in its Office Department, with effect from 1 August. His key responsibilities include representing office tenants during relocations and lease renegotiations.

Prior to joining Newmark Polska, Tomasz Chojnacki served as Director of the Office Tenant Representation team in Katowice, Head of the Silesian Region, and Deputy Head of the Office Sector at CBRE Poland, where he provided comprehensive services for both local and international clients. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for commercial property management in Upper Silesia. Over the years, he has collaborated with many reputable companies, including AT&T, Orange, Softserve, Jamf Software, Play, and Rockwell Automation. He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice.
