Joanna Andryszczyk, an expert with 12 years of commercial property experience, has joined international real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska as an Associate Director in the Office Department, with effect from 2 February. Her key responsibilities include supporting office tenants during relocations and lease renegotiations.

Joanna Andryszczyk joins Newmark Polska from CBRE, where she was a Senior Consultant in the office department, having previously worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Throughout her career, she has successfully cooperated with numerous reputable firms such as Demant Technology, MetLife, Sephora, IGT, Ørsted, Storck, Solenis, and Johnson & Johnson, as well as with institutional clients, including the Embassy of Australia. She is a graduate of the Maria Grzegorzewska University.
