Daftcode, a tech venture builder, has leased nearly 800 sqm of office space at Centrum Marszałkowska in Warsaw. The tenant was advised during its search for a new, more convenient location and the lease negotiations by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
Daftcode operates under a venture building model focused on creating and scaling tech startups. For over 10 years, the company has been launching and supporting projects through every stage of development – from initial concept, product and technology creation to market launch. Companies built by Daftcode operate globally, offering products in areas such as advanced data processing, payments, anti-fraud and artificial intelligence.
