Unum Życie TUiR has leased four offices: two in Warsaw, one in Olsztyn and one in Poznań. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa.
Unum Życie TUiR S.A. is part of the Unum Group, a leading life insurance provider in the United States and the United Kingdom. The Unum Group has been active for more than 170 years, providing professional insurance tailored to meet the specific needs of companies and their staff. In Poland, it has operated for more than 20 years (until 2018 branded Pramerica Życie TUiR SA). The company has offices in Poland’s 12 largest cities.
Two new offices were opened in Warsaw earlier this year: one measuring 680 sqm at Equator 4 and the other at Park Avenue (360 sqm), with more openings expected soon. Unum Życie is also expanding into regions. This summer it will open a 200 sqm office in a building in Głowackiego Street in Olsztyn, and a 460 sqm unit at Business Garden in Poznań in autumn. Negotiations were conducted on behalf of the tenant by global real estate advisory firm Cresa.
