Sportradar, a global leader in leveraging sports data, has leased nearly 950 sqm of office space at myhive Crown Tower. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa.
A Swiss-based firm Sportradar provides cutting-edge solutions and services to media companies, bookmakers and sports organisations such as NHL, NBA, NFL and FIFA. It has more than 2,000 employees in 30 cities worldwide.
“We highly value our current location near Daszyńskiego Roundabout, which is why when we were running short of space to accommodate our rapid expansion we considered no other place. At myhive Crown Tower, Sportradar will occupy the entire fifth floor for its nearly 950 sqm office, with access to a spacious terrace. myhive Crown Tower is a small-scale building offering 8,200 sqm of office space. It is located in Warsaw’s Wola district, near Daszyńskiego Roundabout, which is turning into the capital city’s new business hub. The building is situated near a metro station and many bus and tram stops. Its great strengths include proximity to the city centre and excellent transport connections with Warsaw’s districts. myhive Crown Tower is one of seven Warsaw buildings owned by Austrian-based IMMOFINANZ and operating under a global office brand myhive.
