OSTC Polska, a leader in derivatives trading, has leased a serviced office from Chillispaces, based in Alchemia Argon. The tenant was assisted in the search for office space and negotiations by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
OSTC Polska is an outgrowth of the OSTC Group, a UK financial services provider. Its core business is derivatives trading. Present in about a dozen global stock exchanges, OSTC trades over 100 product lines. OSTC Polska also provides professional training and modern technology solutions. The company has close to 400 employees in eight offices in four countries.
“Our client has been present in Tricity since 2008 but was seeking more flexible solutions following the adoption of the hybrid working model. OSTC Polska has signed for serviced offices provided by Chillispaces in the Argon building of the Alchemia complex, securing an option to even double its office footprint in the future.
