Karol Wyka joins Newmark Polska in September

With effect from September 2024, Karol Wyka will join commercial real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska as Executive Board Director, Head of Office Department. His key responsibilities will include the leadership of the office team and preparation of the firm’s growth strategy in the office sector.

Karol Wyka has 14 years of office real estate experience. Prior to joining Newmark Polska, he was leasing director and management board member at HB Reavis Poland with responsibility for several teams: leasing, PR and marketing, property management, space planning, workplace advisory and office fit-out.

He was also responsible for leasing an office asset portfolio comprising a mixed-use complex Varso Place and Varso Tower (the EU’s tallest office building), the Forest office campus, West Station I and II, Gdański Business Center, Konstruktorska Business Center and Postępu 14. During his career, he has been instrumental in the commercialisation of 13 buildings with a combined area of 477,000 sqm, liaising with many renowned companies, including Bank Pekao SA, Bank BPH, BGŻ BNP Paribas, Greenberg Traurig, CMS, Baker McKenzie, Samsung, Wincor Nixdorf, Visa, Inditex, Saint-Gobain, Leroy Merlin, Puma, Michael Page, SAP and AstraZeneca. Karol graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Otago, New Zealand.
