Franke has completed its lease renegotiations and expansion in Adgar Park West. Approximately 1,850 sqm was leased by Franke Polska and the Franke European Shared Services Centre. The tenant was represented in the negotiations by global real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Franke is the world’s leading provider of smart systems for domestic kitchens and professional foodservice and sanitary equipment. It has 68 subsidiaries in 40 countries on five continents. The Swiss-based company brings an over 100-year history of delivering household solutions. Franke has had a Polish division and a manufacturing plant in Sękocin Nowy for 25 years.

Adgar Park West is an office complex comprising three buildings with a total area of 43,000 sqm in a prime location in the business centre of Warsaw’s Ochota district.
