Velvet CARE, a manufacturer of hygiene products, has extended its office lease at Skylight in Warsaw. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Velvet CARE is a leading manufacturer of hygiene products in Poland. Its top brand is Velvet. The company was founded in August 2013, but its roots go back to 1897, when more than 120 years ago a paper mill was set up in Klucze near Olkusz. The company currently has 45 employees. Its 700 sqm office is located on Skylight’s 11th floor.
The Skylight and Lumen office buildings are part of the mixed-use Złote Tarasy complex and offer a total leasable area of more than 45,000 sqm of modern space. Both are regarded among the well-known and prestigious office buildings in Warsaw. They occupy a prime location at the heart of the Central Business District with easy access to public transport and retail, leisure and cultural facilities. The owner of both buildings is Globalworth Poland.
“Velvet CARE values its office location at the heart of the Central Business District, which provides excellent access to all the districts of the city by multiple lines and means of public transport, and a variety of amenities for employees. During the lease renegotiation we secured for the tenant satisfactory commercial lease terms that proved competitive compared to offers of other office buildings,” says Justyna Szymczak, Senior Advisor, Office Department, Cresa Poland.
