Newmark Polska has advised an IT, financial and legal advisory firm during the coworking space leasing process and its subsequent relocation to a new office. The transaction involved over a dozen desks in The Shire of the Warsaw Spire office building and more than 900 sqm of office space on the 31st floor of The Warsaw HUB.
“Our client was seeking spaces on the highest floors, which narrowed our search on the Warsaw market. Despite very specific requirements, we were able to complete the entire process swiftly by subleasing vacant space from another tenant of The Warsaw HUB. The coworking spaces at The Shire are located in Building C of the Warsaw Spire complex at Plac Europejski. The Shire offers both premium quality office spaces, a wide range of amenities and a prime location.
