Colian Logistic opens an office in Gdansk

Colian Logistic, a leading logistics operator in Poland, has signed a serviced office lease with Neon Flex sp. z o.o. The office is located in Neon, a building of Torus’ Alchemia complex in Gdansk. The tenant was advised on the choice of location in Tricity and during lease negotiations by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Colian Logistic (a subsidiary of Colian Holding S.A.) has been active in the logistics services market since 2009. It has a team of over 200 specialists managing 60,000 sqm of warehouse space and a fleet of trucks. Colian Logistic provides integrated services comprising transport, warehousing, client service, co-packing and customs agency. It has received multiple awards and prizes in recognition of its operational excellence, including 2021 Great Diamond of the Polish Economy and 2021 Business Cheetah from the Institute of European Business.

“Colian Logistic has decided to open an office in Gdansk as the city is a strategic logistical location. Our client secured a flexible serviced office with an expansion option. The building’s high quality finish and convenient location for employees also influenced the decision to choose Alchemia Neon,” says Kaja Karbowska-Nowak, Advisor, Newmark Polska.

“Logistics has been growing at pace in Tricity in recent years, with Pomerania continuing to attract companies. Colian Logistic also decided to locate an office in Gdansk. We are delighted that we were able to meet our client’s requirements regarding a flexible lease and to support its ongoing growth journey,” adds Michał Rafałowicz, Regional Director, Newmark Polska.

Neon Flex offers 3,000 sqm of coworking space in over 60 offices with five to 50 desks and five conference rooms, located in Neon, a modern office building of the Alchemia complex. It is situated in Gdansk’s Przymorze district, which has in recent years grown to become Tricity’s business hub. It can be easily accessed by public transport, including the Fast Municipal Railway (SKM), and is a 20-minute train ride to the centre of Gdansk. The building has been LEED-certified and awarded the highest possible Platinum rating for its sustainability features.

Neon Flex will rebrand as collab early next year – a new brand of flexible offices developed by Torus in Tricity. The first collab has been recently opened in Format in Gdansk and in a few months’ time will be followed by Neon and other locations operated by Torus.
