Roche Diagnostics, the world’s leader in in-vitro diagnostics, has leased approximately 2,800 sqm of office space at Bobrowiecka 8.
It will move to its new head office in late 2018/early 2019.
Bobrowiecka 8 is a Class A office and service building boasting unique technology. It was developed in line with sustainability and BREEAM certification standards, and a building information modelling (BIM) solution. The building will feature dining facilities, a fitness club and a rehabilitation centre. The project is part of the complex designed by JEMS Architekci.
