ASSA ABLOY signs up at Equal Business Park in Krakow

ASSA ABLOY is opening another office. Its IT team will be relocated to the new office at Equal Business Park in Krakow this autumn. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.

ASSA ABLOY is the global leader in door opening solutions. Its R&D centre in Zabierzów near Krakow develops software for electronics solutions delivered by the ASSA ABLOY Group. The approximately 745 sqm office in Krakow will be located on the first floor of Equal Business Park C and will accommodate the GSSC Global Operations Center – a team responsible for delivering, monitoring and supporting company's IT infrastructure.

Equal Business Park is a complex of Class A office buildings in Wielicka Street in Krakow. Building C offers nearly 22,850 sqm while the entire complex provides approximately 50,000 sqm of office space. The owner of the office development is Cavatina Holding.

“On account of its IT investments, ASSA ABLOY was looking for a modern centrally-located office that would appeal to job candidates.
