Concordia Design Wrocław is a center of creativity and business, located in the very center of the city, on Słodowa Island. The building offers flexible options for renting both an office for 2 people and several dozen people. Tenants have at their disposal 7 training and workshop rooms, call boxes, quiet work zones, spacious kitchens on each floor and a sun-filled chillout zone of 400 sqm. There are currently nearly a hundred companies operating in office spaces.

The Concordia team helps Polish and foreign companies develop their business. Thanks to the Poland Prize powered by Concordia Design Accelerator program, it brought 31 foreign startups to Poland.

Concordia has its own restaurant with a system of discounts for tenants, conference and banquet rooms and a unique club on the building's terrace. Artistic events take place here regularly - concerts, exhibitions, art and design festivals.

In 2021, Concordia won the "Building of the Year 2021" competition of the ArchDaily international architectural portal, and in 2023 it took first place in the "Public space" category of the ART in Architecture festival 2023 competition.
