Noerr law firm moves into Nowogrodzka Square office building

It has been announced that the Polish office of Noerr, a leading European law firm with 16 offices in Europe, the UK and the US, has entered into a lease of 1,100 sqm in the Nowogrodzka Square office building. The tenant was represented by Cresa Polska, a global real estate advisor.

Noerr is an independent law firm providing legal advisory services to clients globally. Established in 1950, with its headquarters in Munich, the firm has a staff of over 1000 professionals including over 560 lawyers deployed in 16 offices.

Noerr entered the Polish market in 1992, and has been providing services to local and international clients since then. As of January 2017, the Warsaw office of Noerr started operating under the name Noerr Biedecki sp.k following the on-boarding of a team of lawyers from DJBW.

The new office will occupy 1,100 sqm on the third floor of the Nowogrodzka Square office building.

“We are proud to say that year by year, Noerr has been strengthening its position in the CEE region, including also in Poland. The new office will be tailored to the needs of our employees, and it reflects our commitment to further growth in the Polish market” -– says Radosław Biedecki, office managing partner of the Polish office of Noerr.

Thanks to the larger office space, we can provide our colleagues with premium quality working conditions and we hope our clients will also appreciate the enhanced professional environment, which serves their interests, too” – added Jörg Menzer, regional managing partner responsible for Noerr’s CEE Operation covering Bucharest, Budapest, Bratislava, Prague and Warsaw.

Nowogrodzka Square is a boutique office building completed last year. Excellent location at the proximity of Warszawa Centralna railway station and easy to arrange modern office spaces attract new tenants. The facility offers a total of 11,500 sqm of office space. The building was designed and built in accordance with the requirements of ecological constructions, which was confirmed by the BREEAM certificate awarded with the "Excellent" grade. The building is owned by Yareal Polska, a developer, who built also a representative pedestrian city passage next to Nowogrodzka Square, connecting Jerozolimskie Avenue with Nowogrodzka Street.

“The prestigious location of the office in the legal services industry is crucial. The high quality finish of the space emphasizes the status of the company on the market in the eyes of customers. We advised Noerr to move its office to Nowogrodzka Square because of its excellent transport links and a very good cooperation with the landlord, thanks to which the company will be able to move in as early as October this year “– says Artur Sutor, Partner, Head of the Office Department at Cresa Poland.
