Our principles have been appreciated by our clients who trust us and are happy to engage us to act on transactions on their behalf. We support our clients in negotiations or renegotiations of lease agreements, including commercial terms, algorithms used to settle service charges, and on legal, architectural and technical matters. The Warsaw market is the most competitive in Poland, which makes me feel even more proud of our team’s strong performance,” says Artur Sutor, Partner, Head of Office Department, Cresa Poland.
